Autumn Phillips joined First State Bank in 2025. Autumn has an accomplished background in corporate accounting, sales leadership and business development. Her experience spans financial management, customer relations, team development, and strategic growth, with a strong record of driving results and cultivating excellence. She holds an Associate’s Degree from South Plains College with an emphasis in business and also studied business and marketing at The University of Texas at Tyler, where she completed extensive undergraduate coursework toward her Bachelor’s Degree.
Outside of work, Autumn is passionate about serving others, both as an ambassador for a national foundation support cancer research and women's shelter and through her involvement in her church community. In her spare time, she loves being with her family and is often found on a ball field or in a gym supporting her kids as they compete year-round.
