March 24, 2026: New Online Banking Security Feature
Keeping your data safe is our top priority. To provide you with even better protection, we are introducing an enhanced login security feature designed to add an extra layer of identity verification to your Online Banking.
How does the new security feature work?
- When you log in via your computer or mobile app, we will send a 6-digit code to your phone via text or voice message.
- Simply enter this code when prompted to securely complete your login.
- This replaces the need for security questions, making your access both faster and more secure.
What do I need to do?
To ensure a smooth transition, please make sure your contact information is current. Log into your Online Banking profile and verify that your cell or direct phone numbers are correct. If you need assistance, please call us at (903) 676-1900 or email ecommerce@bankfsb.com.
IMPORTANT: You will not be able to access online banking if we do not have your updated contact information.
