Armando is the Senior Vice President – Loan Officer at our downtown branch in Athens. He has worked in banking for more than 20 years, starting as a teller and working his way through virtually every department of the bank, from new accounts to credit analyst, and his current role as a loan officer. Armando is a specialist in auto, personal, business, and real estate loans.
He received his degree from University of Texas at Tyler and also attended Trinity Valley Community College. He completed advanced education through the Texas Banker Association and has received the TBA Lending Certificate.
Armando is a tireless volunteer in the Athens community. He is a Reserve Police Officer for the Athens Police Department and is a board member and coach for the Henderson County Soccer Association. He also serves on the board of the Henderson County Help Center, Treasurer for the Athens Public Education Foundation, Kiwanis, TVCC Business and Management Advisory Committee as well as the TVCC Scholarship Foundation. His past service has included the East Texas Arboretum, Family Peace Project, Henderson County Library, and was tapped to serve on the Henderson County Re-districting Citizen's Advisory Committee.
Armando has two children and makes his home in Athens. He enjoys traveling and watching sports. Rincon also enjoys going to the gym, playing golf and hunting.
