Haylee Grantham

Haylee Grantham began her banking career with First State Bank in August 2019 as a Real Estate Loan Processor at the Downtown Athens branch. She transitioned to the role of Credit Analyst in early 2021 and later that year, in September, became the Secondary Mortgage Loan Manager. In November 2022, Haylee was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending, and in 2025 she advanced to Assistant Compliance Officer.

She graduated from Cayuga High School and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Tarleton State University in 2019. Haylee now resides in Terrell, Texas with her husband, Seth, and their four dogs—Trinity, Neches, Stark, and Momo. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling, baking, and listening to live music.
